I think I've finally figured out what my favorite quote in the world is.

Owl: "An ambush is a sort of surprise."
Pooh: "So is a gorse bush..."

Also, it's been snowing here, already! Cold cold cold...
But I also sort of forgot how, well, quiet it can be when it's snowing hard and the wind's calm. There is nothing that is quite that brand of peaceful. And when you wander the halls of your own home by yourself with the lights off, and the snow reflects in through the windows...that means something to me, anyway. That's the kind of alone time that is really good.
